5. Returns and Exchanges

• Item is in original, unused condition
• All tags and packaging are intact

5.2 Safety-Critical Items

For your protection, these cannot be returned once opened:

• All harnesses
• All climbing ropes
• All slings

They must be in original sealed packaging for returns.

4. Package securely with all original materials

• Original shipping costs non-refundable
